MADFROG SUMMER SERIES

This program is designed to offer players the opportunity to improve their skills over the summer.  The series, with skills classes included, is a perfect way for teams and players to get training and game time experience.  Many summer leagues allow players to have game experience with one game a week for most of the summer.  Madfrog summer series is different in that we are combining playing time with training time.  We know that most teams seek summer skills outside of there usual summer league play, at Madfrog we have a program that gives you both.  The series will also allow for more games to be played at one time to help free up more weekends or week nights for family summer fun.   

11’s and 12’s Division

13’s and 14’s Division

Starts: July 7^th

Ends: August 22^nd

Tentative series dates: July 24^th-25^th, August 7^th-8^th, August 21^st-22^nd  

3 Options to enter Madfrog Summer Series 

1) Enter team with coach $2,400 per team or $240 per player (based on 10 players)

• Must have a team formed in order to register
• Teams must have 8-12 players
• Limited to 12 teams per division
• One hour a week of skills training with Madfrog national coaches
• One hour a week for team practice with team coach/team must provide
• Team must provide it’s own coach for practices and games
• Both the skills training and the team practice will be on the same night
• Practices and skills options are Monday or Wednesday evenings
• The first teams to register will get first choice on practice and skills times
  

2) Enter team with Madfrog provided Coach $3,200 per team or $320 per player (based on 10 players)

• Must have a team formed in order to register
• Teams must have 8-12 players
• Limited to 12 teams per division
• One hour a week of skills training with national coaches
• One hour a week for team practice with team coach/provided by Madfrog
• Madfrog will provide coach for practices and games
• Both the skills training and the team practice will be on the same night
• Practices and skills options are Monday or Wednesday evenings
• The first teams to register will get first choice on practice and skills times
  

3) Enter team with club coach from another club $2,000 per team or $200 per player (based on 10 players)

• Must have a team formed in order to register
• Teams must have 8-12 players
• Limited to 12 teams per division
• Two hours a week of practice with teams own coaching staff
• Practices and options are Monday or Wednesday evenings
• The first teams to register will get first choice on practice and skills times 

Don’t have a team, but want to play?

If you don’t have a team and you want to participate in the Madfrog Summer Series please CLICK HERE to register for open player night to be placed on a team.  Madfrog will hold an open player night on Wednesday, June 2nd from 6-9pm to try to fill teams with players that want to play, but don’t have a team.   

How to Register for the Madfrog Summer Series:

1. Click, print and complete registration form below.
2. Collect team information and payments.
3. Submit steps 1 and 2 during registration hours below.

Registration Days and Times:

April 30^th 6:00pm-8:00pm at Net Results

May 26^th 6:00pm-8:00pm at Net Results

June 9^th 6:00pm-8:00pm at Net Results

Paperwork for registration must be filled out and handed in (with all team payments) by June 9th^th

When you drop off registration you will be asked to pick practice/skill times.
