MADFROG SUMMER SKILLS CLINICS

13s / 14s and under

MADFROG summer skills clinics are designed to help take each athlete to the next level.  The skills clinics are set up by the week.  To register for the clinics you must register for the week or weeks that you wish to participate on the website.  Please remember to include the athletes name in the notes.  The clinics are $60 per week.   

    11/12 and under Tuesday/Thursday 5:00-6:30

    13’s and 14’s Tuesday/Thursday 5:00-6:30 

    13 / 14 and under players Tuesday/Thursday 5:00-6:30

          Week # 1 (June 8 & 10) All Skills

    Week # 2 (June 15 & 17) Serving

    Week # 3 (June 22 & 24) Hitting

    Week # 4 (July 6 & 8) Setting

    Week # 5 (July 13 & 15) Defense/Passing

    Week # 6 (July 20 & 22) All Skills

          Week # 7 (July 27 & 29) Serving

    Week # 8 (August 3 & 5) Hitting

    Week # 9 (August 10 & 12) Setting

    Week # 10 (August 17 only) Defense/Passing 

    Classes are $60 per week, must register for the week session

Waiver
In consideration of participation in this class, I agree, on behalf of the above named child, his/her heirs and representative to fully and forever release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless MADFROG LLC, its agents, servants and employees from any and all claims, demands, damages, rights of action or causes of action, present or future, whether the same be known, anticipated or unanticipated, resulting from or arising out of participation in this event. I HEREBY AUTHORIZE IN ADVANCE ANY NECESSARY MEDICAL TREATMENT REQUIRED BY THE ABOVE NAMED CHILD WHILE IN ATTENDANCE OF THIS TRYOUT. I ALSO ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I HAVE/WILL NOTIFY THE TRYOUT PERSONNEL OF ANY SPECIAL MEDICAL NEEDS OR INFORMATION REQUIRED BY THE REGISTERED NAMED CHILD.
